Before a litter will be registered in a Club of the VDH, the litter control (from the 8th week) has to be done by the breeding warden.

But first had to be done:
	After pairing a copy of the mating certificate (with the data of the bitch, the stud and the awaiting date of birth, signed by the breeder and the stud owner) has to be sent to the breeding warden.
	In the first days after birth, the litter has to be reported to the breeding warden and a date for the litter control appointed.
	Within a month the litter has to be registered at the stud book office, with all necessary documents of the litter parents, the original mating certificate and the data of the puppies.
